Job summary

Ryft Pay Ltd is seeking a hands-on VP of Marketing to shape and lead our marketing function as we scale. You will set strategy and budget, build a multi-disciplinary team, and drive execution across the UK, EU, and US to accelerate B2B growth.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Compliance and Leadership to align campaigns with commercial priorities, own brand and demand generation, and ensure measurable outcomes through disciplined, results-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leadership experience, B2B/fintech preferred.
• Proven track record of building and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience owning and managing a marketing budget with strong ROI discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the marketing strategy aligned to commercial targets and expansion plans.
• Lead the marketing team across disciplines (content, demand, brand, product marketing, comms).
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance and leadership to drive unified campaigns and GTM plans.
