Job summary

Wiley is seeking a Delivery Traffic Manager to orchestrate the flow of work across the Delivery function, coordinating campaigns, events, and content initiatives. You will partner with Marketing, Advertising Ops, and external suppliers to optimise resources, schedules, and delivery outcomes.

The role focuses on capacity planning, prioritising workloads, and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality campaigns. Strong communication with senior stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Traffic Manager, Resource Manager, Project Coordinator, or Workflow Management role.
• Proven ability to manage workloads, resources, and competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and driving issues through to resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, prioritisation, scheduling, and allocation of work across multiple campaign and project types.
• Monitor team capacity and workload to ensure resources are effectively utilised and deadlines are met.
• Maintain visibility of project timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery status across the portfolio.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, delivery challenges, and resource constraints, escalating issues when required.
• Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs and support contingency planning when projects fall behind expectations.
• Develop and continuously improve traffic management processes, reporting, forecasting, and resource-planning practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership with clear insights into team capacity, project priorities, and delivery risks.
