Job summary

Qualifications

• UK B-category driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
• Good verbal communication and a tech-savvy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador for the John Lewis brand with excellent customer service.
• Load/unload deliveries and assist warehouse team in daily checks.
• Respect customer's home and resolve delivery issues effectively.
• Install products (wall-mount TVs, integrated appliances, etc.).
• Stay up to date with new products and technologies.
• Comply with driving regulations and Working Time Directive.
