Qualificações

• Experience in resource management, workforce planning, or talent acquisition in consultancies or IT services.
• Familiarity with engaging, contracting, and managing associate benches.
• Collaborative, low-ego style; able to align stakeholders with clarity and empathy.
• Strong commercial sense: utilization, margins, and rates.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast capacity and demand with practice leads based on sales pipelines and contracts.
• Allocate internal consultants, manage bench time, redeploy across projects.
• Build and nurture an active network of healthcare associates and subject matter experts.
• Oversee associate rates, utilization targets, and delivery margins to keep programmes profitable.
