Job summary

CareTech is seeking a Senior Resourcing Business Partner to lead regional recruitment, onboarding and talent strategy. You’ll coach the wider Resourcing team, partner with senior stakeholders and drive delivery of high-volume campaigns.

You will develop regional recruitment plans, provide management information, and ensure compliant, efficient processes across interviewing, offers and onboarding for managers and roles across Health & Social Care sectors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Recruitment within the Children's Services sector, specifically Safer Recruitment (KCSIE).
• Knowledge of Recruitment within the Social Care Sector, specifically Children's Homes Regulations (CQC and Ofsted).
• Experience implementing Regional Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Build recruitment plans for the Region, including volume and manager roles, and manage on-boarding.
• Lead a team of Resourcing professionals and ensure timely delivery across selection and onboarding.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and management information to stakeholders.
• Deliver training on selection skills and regulatory compliance to hiring managers.
