Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for a busy delivery station in Cardiff. You will manage a team of warehouse operatives, drive picking, packing and dispatch targets, and maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week), temp-perm after 12 weeks, with an immediate start date. You will promote a safe working environment and coach staff to achieve operational goals.

Shift Pattern

• 5 out of 7 days- 06:00-15:00 (Shift to be confirmed on first shift)

Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their busy delivery station in Cardiff. Working within a fast-paced picking and packing distribution centre, you will support the day-to-day operation, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and high standards across the warehouse.

Please note that this is a full time, temp-perm role (after 12 successful weeks). You must be able to work 40 hours per week and be willing to commit to a long term, permanent role.
