Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for a busy delivery station in Liverpool. You will lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring picking, packing and dispatch targets are met in a fast-paced distribution centre.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to health and safety. The shift runs 06:00–15:00, five days a week, with a view to a permanent role after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse, distribution, fulfilment or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of warehouse operatives.
• Ensure picking, packing, and dispatch targets are achieved.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and accuracy.
• Motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve operational goals.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalation where required.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the warehouse.
