JINGDONG Logistics UK is seeking a Delivery Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, and ensure efficient processing and dispatch of packages for international operations.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with WMS, and a focus on safety, quality, and data-driven improvements. You will collaborate with logistics, customer service, and external partners to meet targets and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
• Strong data analysis to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and motivate delivery and warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow with accurate sorting, scanning, and loading.
• Monitor station performance against metrics like on-time delivery and safety.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Prepare performance reports and present findings to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
