Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics oversees daily delivery-station operations for JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD, leading a team to meet targets while upholding safety and quality standards. You’ll manage inbound/outbound flow, scheduling, and staff development, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes across the station.

You will monitor performance against KPIs, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues while presenting management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes including sorting, scanning, and dispatch.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to develop staff.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to safety and quality with knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Bachelor's or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize station performance against key metrics like on-time delivery and safety.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to reduce disruptions.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain records of movement and equipment.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues.
• Prepare and present performance reports with insights for management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

Job Summary

Oversee daily operations of a delivery station, ensuring efficient and timely processing and dispatch of packages for JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD. This role involves leading a team to meet operational targets and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes.
• Monitor and optimize station performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery, package handling efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, quality control standards, and operational guidelines.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and improve workflow.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of package movement and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, customer service) and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the delivery station.

Job Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
• A commitment to safety and quality, with knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
