Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics UK LTD is seeking a Delivery Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient processing and dispatch of parcels for JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD. You will lead a team, monitor inbound/outbound flows, and drive safety, quality, and performance against key metrics in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory/leadership experience in logistics, warehousing or delivery operations.
• Strong routing/sorting/dispatching knowledge within logistics processes.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and drive operational efficiency.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes.
• Monitor and optimize station performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery, package handling efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, quality control standards, and operational guidelines.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and improve workflow.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of package movement and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, customer service) and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the delivery station.
