Job summary

Amazon is hiring for a delivery-station role in the United Kingdom. You will load conveyor belts, move and stage deliveries for drivers, and prepare packages for delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Using scanners and handheld devices, you will sort and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans, build and transport pallets, and receive truck deliveries. On-site work with varying shifts, training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Understand and follow instructions in English.
• Lift up to 23kg and 38kg with Tilt-Push-Slide technique; up to 120kg with sack truck.
• Be able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat and bend during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare packages for delivery.
• Use scanners/handheld devices to sort and prepare orders.
• Build, wrap, sort and transport pallets and packages.
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages.
