Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centre Morpeth is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Advisor with driving duties to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will deliver exceptional customer service in-store, assist with paint mixing, and make local-delivery runs in our company van.

Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota, with a starting salary of £28,136 per annum plus benefits. Located on Coopies Lane, the Morpeth branch offers a wide range of decorating materials and

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full clean manual driving licence required.
• Retail experience advantageous but training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in-store.
• Use product knowledge to recommend best products.
• Make contactless deliveries within local area using Company Transit van.
• Mix paint for customers and process specialist orders.
• Build relationships to identify customer needs and offer comprehensive service.
• Keep warehouse organised and safe; assist with stock distribution.
• Promote seasonal items and merchandising to boost sales.
• Unload deliveries and ensure stock is available in store.
