Brewers Decorator Centres in Basildon is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties to join our team. You will deliver exceptional service in branch, assist with paint mixing, and handle local delivery duties using our company van, with a 24‑hour per week schedule across three days.

• Mix paint for customers and process specialist orders.
• Build relationships with customers to understand needs.
• Make contactless deliveries using the company van.
• Keep the warehouse and store organised and safe.
• Promote seasonal items and merchandising to boost sales.
• Assist with stock loading and distribution across the store.
