Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centres in High Wycombe is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Advisor with driving duties. The role, 32 hours per week, runs Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota. Salary £22,508 per annum plus pension and benefits, with full training provided.

You’ll support customers in-store, make local deliveries, and help manage stock while maintaining high service levels. A full clean driving licence is essential, and flexibility to work at other local branches is required.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
• Must have a full clean manual driving licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store.
• Use product knowledge to advise customers on best products.
• Make contactless deliveries to customers in the local area using the company van.
• Assist with stock handling, order processing and stock distribution in-store.
• Build relationships with customers to identify needs and deliver a complete service.
• Keep the warehouse safe and organised according to company standards.
• Promote seasonal items and merchandising to boost sales.
• Unloading deliveries and ensuring proper stock distribution.
