Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centre in Morpeth is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the right decorating products.

Qualifications

• Full clean manual driving licence is required.
• Retail experience is advantageous but not essential; full training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in the branch and deliver on Brewers' reputation.
• Use product knowledge to assist customers and recommend suitable items.
• Make contactless deliveries to customers in the local area using the company van.
• Process orders, manage stock requests, and maintain store standards.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver a comprehensive service.
• Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store.
