Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment agency environment.
• Strong track record of sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple roles.
• Experience managing candidates through recruitment from approach to placement.
• Excellent candidate management and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive candidate generation and headhunting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and processes with organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate delivery across live vacancies from search to placement.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, databases, referrals and headhunting.
• Build and maintain a network of high-quality candidates.
• Conduct engaging conversations to understand experience and motivation.
• Screen and assess candidates against client requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines and progress vacancies efficiently.
• Collaborate with consultants to refine search strategies.
• Build relationships with clients and act as a reliable contact point.
