The People Pod is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to grow its Insurance offering in Bolton. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, win new business, and build excellent relationships with insurance clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant.
• Experience recruiting within Insurance would be advantageous.
• Proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Experience building and maintaining a strong candidate network.
• Track record of successful placements and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Confidence to engage with senior decision-makers and build credible commercial relationships.

Responsabilités

• Own your market and full recruitment lifecycle from winning new business to placing exceptional insurance professionals.
• Build and grow your own client portfolio across the Insurance market.
• Win new business through targeted outreach and market mapping.
• Develop a high-calibre candidate network through headhunting and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer and placement.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders within brokers, insurers, and specialist businesses.
