Job summary

The People Pod is seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer in Bolton. You will manage candidate delivery across live vacancies, source candidates via LinkedIn and networks, and maintain a strong talent network to support client needs.

You will build relationships with clients and candidates, conduct insightful conversations, and guide candidates through the recruitment process to successful placements while developing your recruitment expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in a recruitment agency environment.
• Strong track record of sourcing and engaging candidates across a range of roles.
• Experience managing candidates through the recruitment process from initial approach to placement.
• Excellent candidate management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience of headhunting and proactive candidate generation.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate processes.
• The confidence to engage with clients and hiring managers professionally.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of what clients need from a recruitment partner.
• A proactive approach and the ability to take ownership rather than simply waiting for instructions.
• A genuine interest in developing your recruitment career and broadening your client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing candidate delivery across a range of live vacancies, from initial search through to placement.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, networking and targeted headhunting.
• Building and maintaining a strong network of high-quality candidates.
• Conducting engaging candidate conversations to understand experience, motivations, aspirations and suitability.
• Screening and assessing candidates against specific client requirements.
• Maintaining candidate pipelines and progressing vacancies efficiently.
• Collaborating with consultants and senior team members to understand vacancies and develop search strategies.
• Building strong relationships with existing clients and acting as a reliable point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
