Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and placement activities within the recruitment management system.
• Travel as necessary to attend career fairs, client meetings, and networking events to expand professional connections and business opportunities.
• Demonstrate active listening skills to fully grasp client expectations and candidate aspirations, ensuring a high-quality match.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of applications and maintain strict adherence to recruitment timelines.
