Job description

We have an opportunity at Thor for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing Hyperscale EU Data Centre team.

The role has become available due to the landing of some large RPO accounts & the huge success of the current team (made up of Consultants, Seniors & Principals). The need to now create further succession to enable our next phase of growth & keep up with demand is imperative.

A critical hire at a very exciting juncture in our evolution and we will therefore hire on a combination of attitude, experience and values.

Our Requirements

• Proven experience in Perm Recruitment (agency side) is a must, in Construction, Engineering and Data Centre's preferred.
• High Performer
• Good knowledge of Perm Recruitment
• Perm Billers from other sectors will be considered.
• Exceptional business development skills and a strong existing network of contacts
• A high level of commercial acumen
• Growth/entrepreneurial mindset – ambitious, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment

• 1:30hrs lunch break if you wish to gym/exercise
