Collsearch is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Quant Trading & Engineering in Leeds. You will work with Principal Consultants on live roles, identifying and placing top-tier candidates across global markets from day one.

You’ll build relationships with candidates and clients worldwide, managing multiple vacancies while maintaining high service levels and aiming to exceed KPIs in a hot desk environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working across global markets is advantageous
• Over 6 month recruitment experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role.

This is a HOT desk! We’re looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team.

You’ll work closely with Principal Consultants on live roles, focusing on identifying and placing top-tier candidates across global markets. There are roles you will work on from day 1, ranging from Quant Trading and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Principal Consultants on active, high-value roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients globally
• Manage multiple vacancies while maintaining a high level of service
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs

Requirements

• Over 6 month recruitment experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role.
