Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager who acts as an advisor and operating partner to Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) within AMZL.

You will guide and enable DSPs to build and grow last mile delivery businesses, while collaborating with OTR teams and internal stakeholders to drive safety, compliance, and performance. The role involves travel between multiple sites, and working hours that accommodate peak periods, including overnights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience building strategic relationships across teams and functions.
• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience managing third party vendors or reliability/maintenance environments.
• Experience managing contingent workforce in peak season.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Experience in account management or managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Collaborate with OTR Safety and Regional Managers to ensure safety compliance.
• Guide DSP owners as they scale operations and prepare for peak periods.
• Assist onboarding of new DSPs for net-new launches.
• Coach DSPs to effectively use AMZL tools and achieve KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve DSP performance through data-driven insights.
• Champion Last Mile processes across Delivery Stations and advise on process improvements.
• Support DSPs to run compliant, safe, high-performing companies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon stakeholders and DSP partners.
• Drive capacity planning and ramp strategies to meet peak volume demands.
