Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager to advise and operate with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), guiding growth, safety, and performance across the DSP lifecycle.

The role involves traveling between multiple sites to engage with business owners weekly to ensure effectiveness and scale. You will work with OTR partners and internal stakeholders to remove obstacles, improve DSP sentiment, and ensure governance and capacity planning for peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, across teams and functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or equivalent.
• Experience working with and managing third-party vendors, or in reliability/maintenance environments.
• Experience managing contingent workforce in a business with peak season.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in account management or managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Partner with OTR Safety to ensure safety compliance.
• Performance: Guide owners as they scale their business and manage operational issues.
• Performance: Onboard new DSPs and prepare for launch.
• Performance: Coach and upskill using AMZL tools.
• Performance: Identify opportunities to improve customer metrics.
• Performance: Enforce Last Mile processes across Delivery Stations.
• Performance: Coach DSP owners to run compliant, safe, high-performing companies.
• Experience: Improve DSP workflows and install operational improvements network-wide.
• Experience: Strengthen Amazon–DSP relationships and sentiment.
• Experience: Align communications with DSP owners and OTR partners.
• Be the voice of the DSP within AMZL.
• Experience: Improve driver standards to protect brand image.
• Capacity Management: Develop ramp plans to meet peak volume.
