Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager to advise and partner with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the last-mile network.

You will help start new DSPs and drive excellence by guiding strategy, safety and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams like PAR, VAS, Legal, and fleet operations. You will travel between sites weekly to engage owners, manage relationships, and ensure programs are executed with high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions.
• Experience managing contingent workforce in high-peak environments.
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Safety: collaborate with OTR Safety and Regional Managers to ensure compliance.
• Performance: guide DSP owners to scale and manage operational issues.
• Performance: assist onboarding and launch of net new DSPs.
• Coaching: upskill and maximize use of AMZL tools.
• Experience: identify and implement network-level improvements and DSP optimizations.
• Capacity: work with DSPs to design ramp plans and meet peak volume needs.
