Job summary

PhysicsX is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager to drive staffing and capacity planning across Delivery teams. You will synthesize input from Account Leads, Tech Leads, Commercial and Talent to create clear, decision-ready staffing views and actions, while maintaining data-driven operational rigor.

You will own end-to-end staffing, onboarding of new joiners, and help translate demand into hiring priorities, with a focus on improving workflows and visibility across Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Synthesis of live and forward-looking staffing needs from Delivery / Account teams, turned into clear, decision-ready outputs that help leaders make staffing calls and drive follow‑through
• Updating and maintaining resource planning tools (Operating): allocation data, project ownership, and ownership details
• Monitoring resource planning tools and proactively driving issues to resolution: bench levels, utilisation, demand feasibility, time-to-staff
• Onboarding of new joiners: point of contact for Delivery onboarding and coordinating onboarding documentation
