Job summary

Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a delivery operations leader to oversee a high-performing team, including HGV & Van drivers, pickers and loaders. You will plan outbound deliveries to ensure orders are delivered on time, in full and to quality standards, while loading customer orders safely and accurately.

The role also involves driving customer service and supporting the branch management team. Working hours are 37.5 per week in a busy, fast-paced environment with a strong rewards package

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a delivery team including drivers and pickers/loaders.
• Plan and manage outbound deliveries to meet on-time, in-full targets.
• Ensure safe, accurate picking and loading of customer orders.
• Manage delivery performance, driver behaviours, and cost controls to meet KPIs.
• Maintain safe, compliant working environment and capacity.
• Drive customer service and opportunities to increase sales and loyalty.
• Support branch management and act as senior on duty when required.
• Work 37.5 hours per week.
