Aufgaben

• Leading small consulting teams of two to three people on client engagements.
• Taking ownership of project delivery, outcomes, quality and client satisfaction.
• Working onsite with client teams to understand how their operations perform in practice.
• Analysing processes, performance information, organisational structures and ways of working.
• Identifying the root causes of operational inefficiency and underperformance.
• Developing practical, evidence-led recommendations and implementation plans.
• Coaching managers and frontline teams to embed new behaviours and ways of working.
• Managing stakeholders at operational, functional and senior leadership levels.
• Identifying delivery risks and resolving issues before they affect agreed outcomes.
• Supporting and developing consultants within the project team.
• Contributing to proposals, client development and the continued growth of Managementors.
