Job summary

Managementors is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead small consulting teams and drive measurable improvements for clients across the UK. The role combines hands-on delivery with stakeholder management and regular onsite client work.

You will manage day-to-day engagement success, coach teams, and ensure outcomes align with client objectives, with opportunities for long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Strong management consulting experience, ideally in operational transformation, organisational efficiency or performance improvement.
• Record of delivering measurable improvements within client organisations.
• Experience leading small consulting, transformation or improvement teams.
• Hands-on project or programme delivery experience.
• Ability to analyse complex operational problems and translate findings into practical action.
• Experience embedding improvements within day-to-day operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Coach, challenge and influence people constructively.
• Strong numerical, analytical, presentation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead small consulting teams of two to three people on client engagements.
• Take ownership of project delivery, outcomes, quality and client satisfaction.
• Work onsite with client teams to understand how their operations perform in practice.
• Analyse processes, performance information, organisational structures and ways of working.
• Identify root causes of operational inefficiency and underperformance.
• Develop practical, evidence-led recommendations and implementation plans.
• Work with clients to implement improvements, not just present recommendations.
• Establish governance and reporting to track progress and benefits.
• Coach managers and frontline teams to embed new behaviours and ways of working.
• Manage stakeholders at various levels and identify delivery risks.
• Support and develop consultants within the project team.
• Contribute to proposals and client development for growth of Managementors.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable after engagement concludes.
