Match Performance is recruiting a Delivery Manager for a hands-on management consultancy role. You will lead small delivery teams of two to three consultants, work directly with clients, and translate analysis into measurable operational improvements.

This position starts with a client engagement in the Manchester area, with future projects across the UK. You will be onsite Monday to Thursday, with Friday remote, and travel as required throughout the country, including occasional international

Qualificações

• Proven record of leading transformation or operational-improvement projects.
• Experience in management consulting or equivalent client-facing delivery.
• Experience leading small delivery teams and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead small delivery teams (2–3 consultants) to deliver measurable improvements.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders, translating analysis into action.
• Coach and influence managers to sustain new behaviours and ways of working.
• Travel to client sites across the UK and occasional international assignments.
