I'm working with a leading Fintech based in London. Looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of core banking systems across a fast-paced and evolving financial services environment

Location: London

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full delivery lifecycle of core banking system implementations—from discovery and design through to deployment and post-go-live support
Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, compliance, and third-party vendors
Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Act as the main point of contact between delivery teams and senior stakeholders
Ensure alignment with business strategy, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards
Drive agile delivery practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

Solid background in project/delivery management within the financial services sector
Strong understanding of banking processes, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Familiarity with vendor management and contract negotiation is a plus
