Job summary

o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager in London to lead large-scale supply chain planning projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across client sites and time zones, driving project scope, milestones, and successful go-lives.

You’ll manage end-to-end delivery, track progress, and ensure quality while fostering strong client relationships. A background in agile methods and PM best practices is essential for success in our fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 6–10 years of experience in supply chain planning or logistics.
• Proven PM lifecycle experience with requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools (MS Project, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from blueprint to hypercare.
• Create detailed project plans and align stakeholders on milestones and timelines.
• Track plan vs. actuals and mitigate delays.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on cadence.
• Manage timesheets and invoices in a timely manner.
• Document risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer to support teams post go-live.
• Engage with customers to manage priorities and expectations.
