Job summary

Addition is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead medium-scale, high-impact programmes in defence and national security. You'll own delivery timelines, budgets and quality, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a complex, regulated environment.

You will influence delivery strategy, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement while strengthening customer relationships. Expect hybrid working and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery in complex customer environments.
• Strong PM with planning, forecasting, risk & governance.
• Experience managing project finances and profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management across customers & teams.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Scrum delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication & presentation skills.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience in defence/national security/government environments.
• Knowledge of fixed price and time & materials contracts.
• Knowledge of audit processes and project mobilisation.
• Familiar with Jira/Confluence/MS Office/SharePoint/Teams.
• PM certifications: PRINCE2/ AgilePM/ MSP/ PMP.

Responsibilities

• Leading medium-scale projects, ensuring delivery against milestones, budgets and quality.
• Managing project financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, profitability and governance.
• Building and coaching high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Identifying and managing risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Developing relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Applying Agile, Lean and best practices to optimise delivery.
• Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Supporting commercial activities and identifying growth opportunities.
