Job summary

Addition Solutions in London is seeking an Associate Delivery Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of complex programmes. This role offers exposure to governance, financial tracking and stakeholder engagement within a regulated, national-security context.

You will work with experienced delivery professionals to own meaningful work packages, develop project management skills, and progress toward senior delivery roles in a high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects within a professional environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• An interest in project management methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration and productivity tools.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to learn, develop and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of projects, ensuring key milestones and objectives are achieved.
• Working alongside Delivery Managers and project teams to monitor progress, manage actions and maintain delivery schedules.
• Assisting with project governance, including reporting, risk and issue management, financial tracking and forecasting.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• Supporting Agile and Lean delivery practices to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identifying and helping resolve delivery challenges to minimise disruption and maintain project momentum.
• Ensuring project documentation, reporting and delivery information remain accurate and up to date.
