Job summary

Addition is seeking an Associate Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical programmes in a highly regulated defence and national security environment. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, monitoring budgets, reporting to stakeholders and mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects, programmes or operational delivery activities.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean or similar methodologies.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects and programmes, ensuring milestones, budgets and customer expectations are effectively managed.
• Monitoring project performance, including financial tracking, forecasting, resource planning and governance reporting.
• Working closely with delivery, account and business management teams to identify and mitigate risks, issues and delivery challenges.
• Supporting agile project teams through the application of project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Contributing to project mobilisation, commercial processes, audits, reporting and change control activities.
• Supporting effective communication, collaboration and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
