Addition Solutions is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an Associate Delivery Manager to support the delivery of complex, mission-critical programmes across defence, national security and technology.

You will work with delivery teams and senior stakeholders, applying Agile, Scrum and Lean practices, with responsibility for project performance, governance and commercial processes, while developing your career in delivery management.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects, programmes or operational delivery activities.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean or similar approaches.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of projects and programmes, ensuring milestones, budgets and customer expectations are effectively managed.
• Monitoring project performance, including financial tracking, forecasting, resource planning and governance reporting.
• Working closely with delivery, account and business management teams to identify and mitigate risks, issues and delivery challenges.
• Supporting agile project teams through the application of project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Contributing to project mobilisation, commercial processes, audits, reporting and change control activities.
• Supporting effective communication, collaboration and decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.
