Job summary

Training Qualifications UK is seeking a Delivery Manager (Construction) to provide operational leadership across the Construction portfolio, ensuring assessment delivery, capacity planning and sector engagement.

Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will drive performance, recruit and develop assessors, forecast workforce needs and work with cross-functional teams to grow services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operational delivery of Construction assessments nationally.
• Monitor assessment capacity, utilisation and demand to reduce lost opportunities.
• Maximise assessment centre capacity with Bookings and operational teams.
• Develop Construction Trade Leads and ensure accountability for performance.
• Recruit, onboard and retain assessors to meet current and future needs.
• Forecast workforce needs and deploy assessor resources effectively.
• Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the organisation at employer forums and sector meetings.
• Provide sector insight to support Product Development and apprenticeship reform.
• Maintain occupational competence by undertaking approximately two assessments per month.
• Support quality assurance by completing approximately 5-10 IQA samples per month.
