ASDA is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive complex technical delivery within the Supply Chain Portfolio. You will coordinate across product backlogs, manage dependencies, and lead delivery from inception to live operation in a collaborative, agile environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end delivery and project ownership across multiple projects or products.
• Coordinate with product managers and teams to translate priorities into delivery plans.
• Maintain focus on backlog priorities including features, technical debt, vulnerabilities, and bugs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Own the iterative delivery, deployment, and quality performance.
• Technical Leadership: Translate priorities into actionable delivery plans and manage dependencies.
• Deliver facilitation: Remove blockers and maintain backlog priorities.
• Dependency Management: Manage cross-team dependencies to enable timely delivery.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Ensure stories meet requirements and align with architecture.
• Vendor & Governance Management: Monitor vendor performance and cost efficiency.
• Transition to Live: Oversee smooth handover into production environments.
• Continuous Improvement: Coach teams on delivery practices and efficiency.
• Reporting & Metrics: Provide velocity updates and progress reporting.
