Job summary

National Highways is recruiting for an Associate Delivery Manager in a hybrid role. You will support the delivery of digital products and services, help remove blockers, and promote agile practices across multidisciplinary teams.

The role offers guidance and mentorship to develop delivery management skills while contributing to meaningful outcomes. The position requires collaboration with teams, maintaining delivery momentum, and producing accurate progress reports consistent with GDS/DDaT

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience planning and organising work across the delivery lifecycle.
• Some experience working in an Agile team and using Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with delivery tools such as MS Project, Jira, Miro, Azure DevOps, Power BI and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating delivery activities to maintain momentum across the team.
• Support Agile ceremonies and keep delivery boards, documentation and artefacts up to date.
• Identify and help resolve blockers, escalating risks and issues to stakeholders.
