Job summary

Fexco Property Services is seeking a Delivery Manager to own and drive the delivery backlog across its DDaT portfolio, coordinating with business and technical teams to ensure planned work is delivered and adopted. The role sits between the business and technical teams, reporting to the Director of DDaT and partnering with analysts, staff and stakeholders across brands.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery or agile project management experience with backlog ownership.
• Track record of translating business needs into delivered work.
• Change management experience with uptake demonstrated.
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior leaders.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to run several workstreams across multiple sites/brands.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the delivery backlog across the DDaT portfolio, setting and adjusting priorities with the Director and wider team.
• Run projects from planning through delivery to handover with a lightweight delivery method.
• Bridge business requirements and technical delivery with analysts and staff.
• Drive data and reporting workstreams through system migration.
• Manage transition away from an outgoing MSP contract to avoid service gaps.
• Set up and run simple delivery governance tracking risks, dependencies and actions.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption and reduce rework.
• Manage stakeholders across brands up to senior leadership, keeping them aligned.
