Ageas UK is seeking a Delivery Manager in Glasgow to join our transformation of change delivery across technology and business teams. The role centers on leading squads, removing barriers, and aligning priorities with customer outcomes.

You will work with Product Owners, Technology Leads and stakeholders to turn priorities into reality, coaching teams in Agile ways, and driving continuous improvement across initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering business or technology change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making.
• The ability to manage priorities and competing demands.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence or similar platforms.
• A focus on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
• Experience working in a regulated industry or large transformation programme.

• Leading projects from planning through to delivery.
• Helping teams organise their work and priorities.
• Using data and insights to improve performance.
• Managing risks, issues and dependencies.
