Ageas in Glasgow is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive delivery of strategic technology and business initiatives. The role combines planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, and reporting to stakeholders.

You will champion Agile practices, use data to improve performance, manage risks and dependencies, and foster high-performing teams. Flexible hybrid working within the UK, with visits to Ageas offices as needed, and a competitive salary £51k–£76k.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business or technology change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage priorities and competing demands.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
• Focus on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
• Experience in regulated industry or large transformation programmes.
