Job summary

Waracle is seeking a Lead Delivery Manager to guide cross-functional teams through complex digital transformation projects from strategy to delivery. You will mentor teams, improve delivery practices, and manage client relationships in a hybrid Glasgow/Dundee setting.

You willChampion delivery excellence, oversee budgets and contracts, and contribute to the Delivery Community of Practice to evolve our way of working.

Qualifications

• Proven experience guiding teams within scaled delivery frameworks (e.g. LeSS, SAFe).
• Strong ability to mentor, coach and develop high-performing squads.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
