Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of change, digital, data and technology initiatives within a major digital transformation. This highly visible role works closely with Product Leads, stakeholders, suppliers and leadership to ensure delivery remains aligned to business priorities and customer outcomes.

You will maintain delivery momentum, remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and support teams to deliver value through agile and hybrid delivery

I'm working with an organisation undergoing a major digital transformation and looking for a Delivery Manager to help drive the successful delivery of change, digital, data and technology initiatives. This is a highly visible role, working closely with Product Leads, stakeholders, suppliers and leadership teams to ensure delivery remains aligned to business priorities and customer outcomes.

You'll be responsible for maintaining delivery momentum, removing blockers, managing risks and dependencies, and supporting teams to deliver value through agile and hybrid delivery approaches. You'll play a key role in shaping roadmaps, facilitating agile ceremonies and embedding best practice across delivery teams.

Key responsibilities:

You'll have a strong understanding of agile delivery practices, stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership, with experience delivering technology, digital or business change initiatives.
