Job summary

Waracle, a digital technology consultancy, is seeking a Lead Delivery Manager to guide cross-functional squads and shape high-impact digital products. You will mentor teams, nurture health, and build strong client relationships while championing delivery excellence across complex IT transformation projects.

This hybrid role is based in the UK with Glasgow or Dundee offices, requiring two days per week on-site and a collaborative, inclusive leadership approach to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience guiding teams within scaled delivery frameworks (LeSS or SAFe).
• Ability to tailor delivery approaches for different client environments.
• Thought leadership and practical expertise in project delivery and mentoring others.
• Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills to resolve challenges collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic delivery leadership across cross-functional squads and manage dependencies and risks.
• Mentor and coach colleagues, nurture team health, and foster collaboration.
• Manage client relationships, align project scopes, budgets and contracts with transparency.
• Facilitate workshops to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
