We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join Curve’s Strategic Operations team, leading the delivery of complex, cross-organisational initiatives that span multiple teams and third‑party partners. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring business and technology teams remain aligned, driving delivery excellence across Product, Engineering and Operations. Working within a fast‑paced environment, you’ll challenge priorities where needed, manage risks and dependencies, and help teams balance speed, quality, scalability and customer impact. You’ll champion effective delivery practices, support continuous improvement and ensure initiatives are delivered in a way that enables Curve to continue building innovative financial products that customers love.
