Upplands Brohus is seeking a Delivery Lead to steer high-growth MGA initiatives in Bristol with a hybrid working model. This full-time role emphasizes governance, cross-functional coordination, and rapid delivery of strategic change across claims, underwriting, and tech teams.

You will manage roadmaps, risks, and business readiness, ensuring successful handovers from initiation to implementation while partnering with external software vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering business change and operational transformation.
• Direct experience in insurance, MGA, or financial services.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of governance methods (PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business change initiatives with clear plans and roadmaps.
• Coordinate across claims, underwriting, tech, and external vendors.
• Drive business readiness, training, communications, and go-live plans.
• Support process improvement and automation to streamline workflows.
• Provide governance reporting for executive steering committees.
• Monitor delivery commitments with third-party providers and partners.
