Minster Law Ltd in Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic change initiatives within the Personal Injury platform, driving end-to-end delivery across acquisitions, office openings, technology rollouts, and major transformations.

You will partner with senior leaders, operational teams and external partners, applying PRINCE2 and Agile to deliver measurable value, embedding change into BAU and strengthening the firm's competitive position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex, high‑impact projects in multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong command of formal project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile).
• Experience delivering acquisitions, site openings, technology rollouts and large‑scale business change.
• Excellent planning, organisation and execution discipline.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with budgets management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full project lifecycle with governance, scoping, and risk management.
• Build and maintain comprehensive plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources and communications.
• Apply PRINCE2 and Agile to ensure structured, disciplined execution.
• Engage stakeholders and report to senior leadership with concise insights.
