Job summary

Kainos, based in Birmingham, is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of bespoke software for external clients. You will own governance, budgets, forecasting, and stakeholder management within agile environments.

You will build strong cross-functional teams, drive delivery excellence, and identify growth opportunities through successful project outcomes and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering bespoke, greenfield software development projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams in agile environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex digital products from inception through live service.
• Own project governance, financial performance, risk management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Create high-performing, motivated teams that deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Build trusted customer relationships and proactively identify opportunities to add value.
• Work with Account Leads and Sales to support business development and profitable growth.
• Ensure delivery excellence through governance and quality standards.
