Job summary

Sedna is seeking a Delivery Engineer to act as the technical engine inside the Delivery team, unblocking managers by configuring, scripting, and debugging integrations. You will work hands-on across workflows, tagging, and API calls to deliver semi‑custom solutions.

You will partner with Delivery Managers, Customer Success and Engineering to ensure fast time-to-live and scalable solutions, turning one-off fixes into reusable team capabilities while maintaining customer credibility and project

Qualifications

5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role in B2B SaaS or logistics
Hands-on configuration of enterprise software for customers
Experience with APIs, data mapping and third-party integrations
Ability to run discovery and design solutions for underlying problems
Communicates effectively with technical and operational stakeholders
Independent with accountability across multiple accounts
Bias to repeatability: create templates, standards and docs
Knowledge of MS Entra ID and MS Graph is a plus

Responsibilities

Unblock the Delivery team's technical roadblocks with hands-on configuration, tagging, and integrations
Hands-on build work: workflows, settings, tags, auto-taggers, and API calls to deliver semi-custom solutions
Decide what can be solved in-house and package issues for Product/Engineering when needed
Turn recurring roadblocks into reusable assets like playbooks and tooling
Upskill the team and align with Product/Engineering for root-cause fixes
Serve as the technical contact for email, VMS, API and job-reference integrations
Report to Delivery and collaborate with Delivery Managers, Customer Success and Engineering
