Job summary

Sedna in the United Kingdom is seeking a Delivery Engineer who acts as the technical engine inside the Delivery team, unblocking eight Delivery Managers with hands-on configuration, tagging, auto-tagging, integrations, and debugging. You will accelerate value delivery by clearing technical roadblocks and reducing escalation.

You will sit with Delivery, Customer Success and Engineering, own solution design for post-signature builds across Email and VMS, and turn recurring issues into reusable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands-on configuration, tagging, workflows, and API integrations.
• Ability to own discovery, translate requirements into actionable specs.

Responsibilities

• Unblock the Delivery Managers by resolving technical roadblocks and edge cases.
• Own configuration reviews, tagging logic, automations, and integrations.
• Decide what can be solved in Delivery vs Product/Engineering and package actions clearly.
